1.    Menyambut tamu yang akan check-in

2.    Memberikan informasi mengenai tempat hiburan

3.    Mengecek kamar-kamar khusus yang disediakan untuk tamu VIP

4.    Menangani system barang bawaan tamu yang ditangani oleh bellboy

5.    Memperbaiki guest history record para tamu

6.    Mencatat keluhan tamu pada log book

7.    Menangani tamu check-out

8.    Melakukan pengepakan barang bawaan tamu
